I had a disappointing experience with this smog inspection station. Although I was eventually sent to another location to complete the service, the treatment I received throughout the process was unacceptable. When I called ahead, I was treated very rudely by an employee over the phone. When I arrived at the location, the situation escalated—the owner continued a condescending and rude attitude, stating that he “called the shots” because he was the owner. Before I left, both the employee and the owner were yelling insults at me, and I felt forced to respond in order to defend myself. In addition, I paid a $40 deposit that was supposed to be refunded, and it has not been returned. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should be treated with respect, and deposits should be handled properly. Due to the unprofessional conduct and unresolved refund, I would not recommend this location.

Worst customer service. I was unable to pass smog due to their machine being down. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund, claiming the smog was “completed.” To make matters worse, a woman who refused to provide her name raised her voice and displayed an unprofessional attitude. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

I had to take my mom's older minivan (94 Chevy Astro) for a STAR certified smog test. Upon doing some homework on Google Maps, this place stood out for its good reviews so I decided to give it a try. Immediately upon entering the lobby area, I noticed it was one of the nicest, most spacious, and cleanest waiting areas I've seen at a smog place. They had complimentary coffee, cookies, and their water dispenser was actually dispensing GOOD TASTING WATER (details matter). Every seat was padded and comfy and the mounted flat screen TV was showing the news. Rafael immediately greeted me at the counter within seconds. He was courteous, professional, and addressed my concerns clearly. I gave him my paperwork and keys and within 3 minutes the van was being driven into the bay. Eileen came out to introduce herself as our smog technician and to tell us that because our vehicle is an older one, it was gonna take a bit longer but to be patient. She came out a few times just to give us updates on the process which is a very courteous thing to do and that was awesome. They have multiple stations which means they can handle multiple cars at once so the wait times are really good. Plus that

Update #2 1/2/24 Finally got my car fixed. However I have not received a call from the owner or manager apologizing for the accident. I had to find their insurance company on my own and file the claim against them to get my car fixed. Do not go here as they do not accept responsibility if your vehicle is damaged by them. Update 10/11/23: I still haven't not heard from the business owner since his tech backed my car into another car on 10/3/23, nor their insurance company. I did get the info I need to file a claim from another source. This business does not care to act responsibly after an accident and I am the one who has to call their insurance company to make a claim. Please avoid this place. *******************************************" 10/3 Been going here for years and never had any issues until today. The tech accidentally backed my car into another car. Owner/manager refused to talk with me along with the the other party involved and wanted the tech to exchange their insurance info. As a former business owner this is unprofessional. The owner/manger should have been the one to talk with me. Furthermore, businesses carry liability insurance for a reason and I do
